The “person” discussed herein is the natural person entering the website, reading and filling up information form on our website.

The “excluded information” means policy does not include the information ruled and governed by and between AVAPO and Client with Contracts/Engagement Letters for the purpose of legal services and legal assignments.

Our privacy policy describes that we understand the personal information that we may collect or possess from your end is strictly sensitive and thus is always protected under AVAPO’s confidential and privileged data.

In the subsistence of legal services we provide, we receive the sensitive information from you or your associates, assigns, representatives, etc. to provide effective legal services and effective communication, we take your details such as Name, Contact number, Email id and Queries.

We use your personal information only to communicate with you regarding the queries raised by you and to provide you with the legal advice and assistance requested. All technology experts, assistants, associates, and officials working with us are bound to follow the similar Data protection policies and thus hold all personal information of the client confidential.  We exercise best of our efforts to stick by the “Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures” under Information Technology Laws as well as Data Protection Laws.
